Japanese chef resources
There are about 500 fine hotels (4/5 stars) in China attached with Japanese restaurants and additional 7000 restaurants serving Japanese food across the country.Japanese cuisine chef training program in chef schools or training centers can be easily located in China. Most of the Japanese cuisine chefs in China are Chinese. It is reported that there are around 20 thousands Japanese cuisine chefs in China.

We reorganized our business and concentrated on catering and chef personnel recruitment 16 years ago. We have helped some of overseas clients to develop  their businesses from small eateries to restaurant chains or multinational companies. We have supplied over 428 chefs and cooks for restaurants in 36 countries, amongs which, 55 are working in Australia and 17 of them are Japanese chef and sushi chef making effort for 3 Japanese restaurants.
